Right of access - You have the right to access the personal information we hold on you and to obtain information about how we process it. If we agree that we have an obligation to comply with your request, we will do so within one calendar month from date of the request and this information will be provided free of charge. If your request is complex, our response time may be a maximum of three calendar months from date of receipt. We may charge a reasonable fee for these complex requests

Automated Decision Making and Profiling – you have the right not to be subject to a decision which is based solely on automated processing (including any profiling), which would have a significant legal effect. As previously mentioned, Alpha Contracts Leasing Ltd is a credit broker not a lender. Automated Decision making is applicable to the lender/finance company and their privacy policy.
Right to Data Portability – in some circumstances, you have the right to receive certain information you have provided to us in an electronic format and/or request that we transmit it to a third party in a format that can easily be re-used.
