 Alpha Turns 29!Â
What better way to celebrate this milestone than with a team trip to Wales to surprise our very own Paul, who lives there and will be retiring next month!
Over 48 action-packed hours, we clocked up more than 600 miles in a Chery Tiggo 8, shared plenty of laughs, made some fantastic memories, and reflected on what has been an incredible 29 years in the industry.
A huge part of this celebration was recognising Paul, who officially retires on 11th July after an amazing 29 years with Alpha. Just take that in for a moment — 29 years with one company! In today’s world, that’s something truly special.
While walking along the beach, we couldn’t resist capturing a photo of Sam and Lynette, the Directors of Alpha, and taking a moment to appreciate everything they have built over the past 29 years.
Alpha remains the only female-led brokerage with female working directors in what is, let’s be honest, still a predominantly male-dominated industry.
They have created something genuinely unique — not just a successful business, but a workplace where people stay for the long term. We’re more than colleagues; we’re a work family that supports one another every day in an ever-changing and challenging industry.
We’re incredibly proud of everything you’ve created over the last 29 years and excited to see what the future holds for Alpha.
