Returning vehicles need not be complicated. We will come to the address of your choice at a time most suited to you.

When a vehicle starts approaching the end of contract, or in the event that you need to return a vehicle, you can contact your dedicated Client Services team to arrange a collection. To organise a return you will need the following information when speaking to us:

  • Collection address
  • Relevant contact details e.g office/home/mobile telephone numbers and e-mail address
  • Preferred date/s for vehicle collection (Mon-Fri)

Once you have spoken to us confirming the return of a vehicle, our collection specialists will contact the person handing back the vehicle to confirm the appointment or advise if a new time needs to be organised. On the day of the collection our specialists will arrive, at the venue you specified, and undertake a general appraisal of the vehicle. Before leaving they will share the result of the inspection with the driver and request that they sign any relevant paperwork.

Please note - The general turnaround time for collection of a vehicle is between 48/72 hours. Before starting the process of returning a vehicle we recommend that you or your driver reviews the Fair wear and tear policy (download on the right hand side of this page) in order to ensure the vehicle is returned in the condition stipula30/06/2014ted in your contract
