Pricing

Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on our Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mis-priced or misrepresented. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the amended price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period, this must be confirmed and obtained by Alpha Contracts.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the Website at our discretion at any time before (and after) we accept your order.

All prices on the website are in UK Pounds Sterling and for mainland UK customers are exclusive of the relevant VAT.

Ordering

All orders placed by you through the Website offers are subject to acceptance by us and are subject to status and financial as well as personal credit checks.

For all vehicles, information concerning stock availability is not available on the Website. If you order goods which are not available from stock, we will contact you and you will have the option to wait until the vehicle is available. If the vehicle is cancelled by you there may well be a cancellation fee payable to the dealership if the vehicle has been built to your order or specification.

We reserve the right to withdraw any vehicles or offers from the Website at any time.

We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any vehicles or offers from the Website.

Specification and Images

The vehicle specifications displayed on the website are supplied by the vehicle manufacturers to CAP and formatted for our use. Whilst every effort is made to verify and ensure the accuracy of the data, the information should only be used as a guide and no purchasing decision should be made without verification of the latest data from either the manufacturer or franchised dealer. All images on the website are for illustration purposes only.

Personal Data

The information which you give us about yourself, the Directors of your company, the details of any agreement and the history of business conducted between us will be retained by us in our records.

We may use a credit scoring system and search your records at credit reference agencies to help us decide whether to give you credit. The credit reference agencies will keep a record of our search.

We will give credit reference agencies the information we have about you This information will be shared with other businesses to assess applications you or other members of your household or company directors make for credit or financial services, to prevent fraud and trace debtors. We and these other businesses may also use the information for market research and for analyzing statistics.
